How you can help

We’re looking for committed volunteers to assist on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and occasional Saturdays and Sundays in the following areas:

Get in touch

Styling & self-care guidance

Support women in our West Perth boutique or at outreach events to find the perfect outfit for job interviews, court appearances, their first day of work, or gender affirmation. Help clients feel confident, seen, and empowered as they take the next step in their journey.

Career support

Facilitate workshops, offer one-on-one resume support, conduct mock interviews, or provide mentoring — either in person or online. Help women prepare for job interviews, build career confidence, and succeed in today’s competitive job market. Whether you have industry expertise or a passion for empowering others, your support can make a real difference.

Boutique & donation support

Assist with sorting and preparing clothing donations at our West Perth office or West Leederville warehouse. Help ensure clients and fundraising sales have access to high-quality, work-ready clothing and accessories.

Dress For Less Sales

Join our team in preparing for and running our popular Dress for Less sales, held throughout the year. Help with setting up, merchandising, customer service, and packing down. These weekend events raise vital funds to support our programs, reduce excess clothing sustainably, and bring our community together for a great cause.

Community Engagement & Events

Represent Dress for Success WA at job expos, community fairs, and partner events — or lend a hand with fundraising, marketing projects, or admin support behind the scenes to strengthen our impact.

Sharing our mission

Help amplify our work by spreading the word about Dress for Success WA through your networks, social media, or workplace. You can also get involved by hosting donation drives, organising workplace fundraisers, or inviting us to speak at your community group. Every conversation helps more women access the support they need.
