Individuals, teams and organisations are welcome to join, and registration is free. Set up your sponsorship page, rally your crew, and stride together to Dress for Success WA’s HQ in West Perth. Empower Hour is Dress for Success WA’s signature fundraising campaign. The concept is simple but powerful: we invite individuals and businesses across Western Australia to donate the equivalent of one hour of their pay to help local women into employment and out of adversity. Every contribution directly funds styling sessions, job readiness coaching, and confidence-building support for WA women facing barriers to employment.
As we look ahead to International Women’s Day 2026, Empower Hour is an incredible way for our community to stand with women and champion gender equity in a practical, impactful way. In 2024 alone, Dress for Success WA supported more than 1,200 women—helping them prepare for interviews, secure roles, and build financial independence.

We believe employment is more than a job — it’s a pathway to independence, dignity, and opportunity.
Every hour of pay donated through Empower Hour funds styling, career coaching, and job readiness support for women facing barriers to work — whether that’s unemployment, financial hardship, cultural disadvantage, or leaving the justice system.
