Dress for Success Western Australia is a local, volunteer-powered charity that exists to help women into employment and economic independence. Since launching in 2016, we’ve supported thousands of women across WA with professional clothing, career development tools, and a network of support to help them thrive — not just in their job search, but in life.
We welcome women from all backgrounds who are comfortable in women’s spaces. Our services are inclusive and designed to support anyone facing barriers to employment.

Global movement – local impact
Dress for Success Western Australia is proud to be part of the Dress for Success Worldwide network, which spans over 150 cities in 25 countries. While united by a common mission, we are independently operated and locally funded, with all services tailored to meet the unique needs of women in our state.
Powered by community
We do not receive government funding and rely on the generosity of our supporters — through donations, sponsorship, and time. Our organisation is powered by more than 100 passionate volunteers and a small team of six part-time staff. This lean structure means more of our resources go directly to where they’re needed most: supporting women
