Sally Brauer

Chairperson

Sally is an experienced coach and facilitator passionate about helping people realise their potential and improve well-being. With a background in leadership development across global organisations, she now runs her own coaching business and consults in Perth, Sydney, and the US. She leads a gender equity Sponsorship program focused on developing senior leaders and supporting women into leadership roles. Trained in positive psychology and career development, Sally is also a mum of two and a strong advocate for women’s empowerment. As Chairperson of Dress for Success WA, she is dedicated to helping women achieve financial independence.

Alecia Benzie

Deputy Chairperson

Alecia is Head of Development, Telethon Kids Institute. Prior to that Alecia led West Australian Symphony Orchestra’s philanthropy and corporate program, building one of the most significant fundraising programs in WA’s performing arts sector.

With over 20 years of fundraising, public affairs, diplomacy and strategic planning experience, Alecia is passionate about philanthropy and the development of a philanthropic culture in Western Australia.

As a widowed mum of three gorgeous kids, being on the board of Dress for Success WA is an opportunity to support women in challenging circumstances to secure employment and feel in control of their own futures.

Rachael Hain

Co-Founder & Director

Rachael is Executive Director of MRM Secure Investments Pty Ltd, a CPA with over 20 years of corporate experience, and a Member of AICD. She’s an award-winning director, recognized in the 40 Under 40 and recipient of scholarships from UWA Business School and AICD. Rachael co-founded Ready to Work, now Dress for Success Western Australia, and is passionate about empowering disadvantaged women. She developed and secured funding for a program that helped over 1,500 women gain employment. As a working mum of two, she deeply understands the challenges women face in the workforce.

Justine Colyer

Director

Justine brings 30 years of experience across public, private, and non-profit sectors in Australia, the UK, and Europe—having done everything from running a pub to running a prison. For the past 20 years in Australia, she has championed the rights of vulnerable communities. As CEO of Rise for over a decade, she leads services supporting people with mental health issues, disabilities, domestic violence, and more. A Distinguished Fellow of Leadership WA and a WA Telstra Business Women’s Award winner, Justine is a passionate mentor committed to empowering women and shaping a brighter, more inclusive future.

Victoria Butler

Director

Victoria is General Counsel at Warburton Group. Having been a law firm partner for many years, specializing in insolvency and litigation, she now works as an in-house lawyer.

As a former West Australian finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards and former judge of the Telstra Best of Business Awards in the category of accelerating women, Vicki is inspired by supporting other women.

Vicki is also a trustee of the Legal Contribution Trust and a former director of the Neurological Council of WA. She is a Fellow of Leadership WA and member of AICD.

Madeleine Long

Co-Founder

Madeleine has had a distinguished business career spanning almost 30 years across a range of industries including resources, technology, government, banking and financial services.

She is the Founder and Managing Director of Apogee Global Consulting, a professional services firm specializing in workplace diversity and inclusion as well as executive coaching and mentoring. Her clients include Rio Tinto, Bankwest, Commonwealth Bank, Deloitte, BHPB, Woodside and Fortescue Metals Group and local and State government.

Natalie Sangalli

CEO

Natalie started her career in government and spent over 15 years in the justice and corrections.

In 2018, seeking to expand her impact in socio-economic disadvantage, Nat moved into the housing and homelessness space as the National Chief Operating Officer at Housing Choices Western Australia, supporting people to access safe and affordable during across Australia.

In addition to her role as CEO, Nat is on the board of Starick Services, supporting women escaping FDV, a Board member at Southern Cross Housing, and is a serving member of the ‘Stronger Together Implementation Group’ working with Government to achieve gender equity.

Lauren Evans

Fundraising Manager

Lauren is an experienced fundraising professional with over a decade working in the higher education and not-for-profit sectors. Currently the Fundraising Manager at Dress for Success Western Australia, she brings a strategic and compassionate approach to donor engagement and community impact. Prior to this, Lauren held senior development roles at Curtin University, The University of Western Australia, and Edith Cowan University, specialising in annual giving, bequests, and prospect development.

Libby Rockfield

Partnerships and Profile Manager

Libby is an experienced fundraising and marketing professional who specialises in creating engaging campaigns and building strong community relationships. With a background spanning events, donor engagement and brand coordination, she brings a practical, people-first approach to her work. Her strengths include stakeholder management, creative problem solving and delivering projects that make a genuine impact.

Holly Tupper

Volunteer Manager

Holly is a dedicated Volunteer Manager with strong experience in people coordination, communication and relationship building. With a background in recruitment, she brings a supportive and organised approach to volunteer engagement, helping individuals feel valued and confident in their roles. Holly is passionate about creating inclusive, well-structured volunteer programs that empower people to make a real difference.

Jennifer Bates

Operations Manager

Jennifer is a highly experienced operations professional with a strong background in administration, logistics and team coordination. As Operations Manager at Dress for Success Western Australia, she plays a key role in keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly. With decades of experience across government, hospitality and community sectors, Jennifer is known for her reliability, efficiency and supportive approach to managing people and processes.
