At Dress for Success WA, we aim to empower women with work-appropriate attire, job mentoring, career workshops, and a supportive network, helping them achieve independence through employment, and significant life events. Inclusivity is at our core, welcoming cis and trans women, and non-binary people comfortable in women’s spaces. Our empathetic, professional service builds confidence and opportunity.
As part of Dress for Success Worldwide, Dress For Success Western Australia aims to drive positive change with a solution-focused team and over 100 dedicated volunteers, creating opportunities for women in need.

Personal styling
We know that confidence starts with feeling comfortable in your own skin. Our personal styling sessions are more than just finding an outfit – they’re about helping you feel seen, respected, and ready to take on the world. Whether you have an interview coming up or need a wardrobe refresh, we’ll work with you one-on-one to create a professional look that reflects your personality and empowers you to take the next step.
Career support
Getting back into work can be overwhelming, especially if you’re not sure where to start. Our career support programs offer practical, personalised help – from refining your resume to building interview skills and exploring job opportunities. Whether you’re returning to work, changing careers or stepping into your first role, we’re here to walk alongside you with guidance, tools, and encouragement.
Outreach & Satellites
We believe every woman, no matter where she lives, deserves access to support. That’s why we deliver services across regional and remote areas through our satellite and outreach programs. By partnering with local organisations, we bring styling, career support, and confidence-building tools to women who may otherwise miss out – helping build stronger, more connected communities across WA.
