Helping women thrive through confidence and support
Dress for Success WA provides employment support services WA women need to overcome barriers to work and build lasting confidence. We are a local, volunteer-powered charity that exists to help women into work and gain economic independence. Since launching in 2016, we’ve supported thousands of women with professional clothing, career development tools, and a strong network of support to help them thrive — not just in their journey to employment, but in life.
We welcome women from all backgrounds who are comfortable in women’s spaces. Our services are inclusive and designed to support anyone facing barriers to employment.
Our programs
Whether it’s career coaching or styling, we will work to make our services accessible for Western Australian women
Personal Styling
One-on-one sessions where women receive professional clothing, accessories, and styling advice to help them feel confident and job-ready. We focus on building both presentation and self-belief for interviews, networking, new roles, and significant life events.
Career Program
Tailored career support including resume writing, interview coaching, and job-readiness workshops. Our program helps women gain the skills, confidence, and tools they need to find and succeed in employment.
Outreach & Satellite
We deliver our programs across regional WA, bringing styling, career development, and confidence-building workshops to women in remote communities through mobile and pop-up services.
