We believe every woman deserves the opportunity to thrive — no matter her background or circumstances. Your donation helps break down the barriers to employment by providing professional clothing, career development support, and the confidence to pursue economic independence.
We rely on the generosity of our community to deliver these life-changing services. With no recurrent government funding, every contribution — whether funds, clothing, time, or talent — helps us make a lasting impact.
Our small but mighty team is powered by over 100 volunteers and just six part-time staff. Every dollar donated stretches our resources further, reaching more women across Western Australia who need a hand up. Together, we can make employment more accessible, empowering, and inclusive.
Where your money goes
Your donation supports programs and services that help women across WA:
- $45 funds a personalised career coaching session.
- $220 could fund the styling appointment that gets a vulnerable woman the job she needs to become financially independent.
- $550 could fund the journey through our suite of Employment Support Programs.
- $600+ helps us expand our services to more regional and remote communities.
