Customer Service: Creating Positive Experiences
Whether you’re looking for a customer service role or are just starting out and wanting to build your confidence.
About this event
Customer service skills are useful across a wide range of jobs and industries. Great customer service is about more than just being polite and once you understand the key principles, it becomes much easier to use in the workplace.
In this practical workshop, we’ll explore what makes customer experiences positive or negative, learn simple techniques for communicating effectively with customers and discuss ways to stay calm and helpful in difficult situations. We’ll cover common customer service scenarios and participants will leave with tools they can use across a range of customer-facing roles.
Whether you’re looking for a customer service role or are just starting out and wanting to build your confidence, this workshop will provide practical skills and support to use in the workplace.
The session will be facilitated by Sarah Brown from Ground+Co Café who has experience across retail, hospitality and client/account management.
